At Danielle Frankel, we strive for perfection in every garment; however, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns on unworn, unaltered items within 14 days of delivery. Please note that custom bridal commissions and final sale items are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Shipment
Carefully pack your items in the original designer packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the garment is in its original, pristine condition.
Affix the Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.
Refund Processing
Once our atelier receives and inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
